Introduction

Background of the Study

Senior high school students in our country are being prepared by our
education system for college and their respective careers. And the senior high
school are really ready to work because of their experiences and skills. Most
of the senior high school students who graduate hope to find a job, especially
those who approach the poor families, the study on 2018 by the advocacy
group of Philippine Business for Education. Stating that the most of the senior
high school students are ready to work, the market is not as prepared to
receive or employ them. Only 20% of the 70 leading companies in the country
are country are open to hiring these graduates. There are jobs waiting for
senior high school graduates, he organize the program so that the strands of
the senior high school program effectively prepare students to be competent
and ready to work. That’s the best way to get the support of the private
companies, and also the way to make the job market open its doors to senior
high school graduates. Senior high school students have the responsibility to
learn and master their abilities, so the K-12 program is being added, so that
the students or ready to work starting junior high school with a major called
technical vocational livelihood. They expect something difficult before they
were put to work for their assigned task. They must be thoroughly trained
before going to work, so there is the K-12 Program for students to learn not
just mentally but also physically. It depends on the student whether he is still
attending college or just working, before graduating K-12 must require on job
training, and so can work after graduate of K-12. The senior high school
students are really ready for their upcoming tomorrow. Preparing our youth for
the future is everyone’s responsibility. The execution of our principles of
solidarity according to the Sollicitudo Rei Socialis, Is what we need because
we must have a strong and relentless determination to take action for the
goodness of most, because we are responsible for the goodness of all. These
theories must according to Pascual et al 2018.
Statement of the Problem

The researcher was conducted to determine the level of preparedness

of senior high school performance of employability after graduation.

Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What is the level of preparedness of senior high school to get a job

after graduation in terms of their:

a.) Skill; and

b.) Strand

c.) Are the students fully prepared for employability after graduation?

d.) Who will accept the students before they graduate.

Significance of the Study

The result of the study will be beneficial to the following:

School Administration. The result of the study will help the school
administrators to identify and asses themselves in adjusting their teaching
methods base on the capacity and state of their students.

Teachers. The result of this study will help the teachers to gain significance in
this study, they would assess the needs of the student and compare and
contrast the use of internet and books in the educational field.

Students. The result of this study will help the students to identify the
importance of the use of internet and books to their performance.

Future Researchers. The result of the study will help the future researchers
to have a guide and the ideas presented may be used as reference data in
conducting new researchers.
Scope and Delimitation

This study cover on which the senior high school students of Cronasia
Foundation College incorporated that is ready to get a job after graduation.
We will be conducting a survey on what they are going to do after they finish
their senior high or after they graduated. The study will be conducted to 35
random senior high school students and will answer the following questions
that the researchers will give.
