M/s. Amanullah Khan & called herein after Limited, "Company" established in the year 1997,
under the title of "AMANULLAH KHAN & CO. (PVT.) LIMITED" registered with Securities &
Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The Company’s operations are managed & controlled by Mr. Amanullah Khan while the finance
matters are handled by Mr. Wadood Khan.

1. WHAT WE DO?
The major focus area of the company is installation, commissioning and maintenance of
Telecommunications Infrastructures and all allied services. The company works closely with the
Telecom Industry like PTCL, HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES, ZTE, Telecom Foundation, SCO and China
Road & Bridge Corporation (CRBC) etc. Right from the Works Orders till completion of the project,
we have our services on the record, which our company have successfully completed,
commissioned and handed over to the customer within the project timeline. In addition to the
telecommunication services, the company also works on Projects of various natures involving
Construction Works e.g. RCC Buildings, Roads and allied Civil Works. With experience
representing a diversity of clients, locations and nature of projects, the company is also capable
to provide quality of services, complete execution of project within the time-frame, including
professional construction management and also supports in the solutions on critical scenarios.
Moreover, The Company has resources and expertise to design a project of complex nature,
prepare RFP’s and make realistic estimation of the project, utilizing its experience and Database.

3. OUR TEAM
The company is led by Mr. Amanullah Khan, who is a hard working individual and likes to handle
challenging tasks, being the CEO and managing director of the company, he leads everyone in his
team by an example. In order to support him the company has a team well qualified engineers
and technologists having diverse skill set which creates congenial environment where the
interests of our valued customers is of paramount importance.
We have a team of well qualified engineering professionals in management positions to handle
various tasks like preparing project plans, providing solutions to customer on various issues
before as well as during the implementation of the projects. The managers frequently plan site
visits, quality spot checks and visits with customer in order to ensure quality of work and timely
resolution of issues. Reporting to managers we have a team of qualified implementation
managers who manages day to day activities on site. Implementation managers are housed at
the site and are responsible to manage all the activities on site. They are responsible for arranging
all kinds of materials on site and escalate issues to their respective line managers for timely
resolution. They are in constant coordination with the company HQ. They are also responsible
for providing a weekly report of requirements for on-site execution of work. In order to manage
on-site activities the company has a team of experienced and well qualified site supervisors to
look after the site activities at micro level. Site supervisors are responsible for managing and
deploying labors at their respective sites, taking daily progress and reporting to their
Implementation managers. They are also responsible for providing detailed daily Resource report
and escalate to their manager in case if the requirement changes. The company has a team of
Quality, environment, health and safety which is responsible for ensuring all the QEHS standards
are met on site. This team is responsible for planning announced as well as unannounced site
visits. The Respective site supervisors and implementation managers are rewarded if the QEHS is
as per standard, while Warnings are issued if the work is not as per standard. Mr. Wadood Khan,
a partner in the company himself oversees the administration and fiancé matters. Being Director
Admin & Finance he leads a team of experts who handles the finance, accounts and all kinds of
procurement. The team is also responsible for preparing annual financial reports and overseeing
bank transactions, sending finances to on-site teams and overseeing the expenses on site. Apart
from the dedicated staff we also have a team of supporting staff which supports each department
in performing their duties with high efficiency, and over time they have proven their capabilities
in performing a wide variety of tasks.

7. BRIEF INTRODUCTION- Recently completed Projects
a) CHINA MOBILE PAKISTAN - QUETTA 5G TRAIL PROJECT

The current year has been a good start for the company; in Jan 2019 we signed a contract with
CMPak for the laying of around 40KM fiber optic network for connecting their sites in Quetta.
The scope of the project is to ensure end to end connectivity of 9 CMPak Sites, supply of required
goods, arranging Right of Way, provision of the required services. Timeline for the completion of
the project was 4 months. It was completed within projected timeline successfully.
b) PPIC3 - LAHORE EXTENSION OF OFC LAYING FOR KASUR

After the successful completion of V8-Lahore Safe City Project, the company won the contract of
PSCA PPIC3 Kasur Extension. The scope of the project was to deliver 100KM OSP work including
furnishing a design solution, supply of goods and provisioning of services. The 100KM OFC work
has been successfully completed well with-in the 3months deadline. Currently the project is
handed over to customer.
c) S1 ISLAMABAD SAFE CITY EXTENSION PROJECT

S1 Islamabad Safe City Extension Project was awarded to company after the successful
completion of S1 Islamabad Safe City Extension Project. The scope of the project was to deliver
14KM OSP work including furnishing a design solution, supply of goods and provisioning of
services. The 14KM OFC work has been successfully completed well with-in the 2 months
deadline. Currently the project is in acceptance phase and will be handed over to customer very
soon.
