Greetings!

We are very pleased to inform you that PRISM EXPRESS CONSULTING, INC - an EMB
Accredited Training Institution will hold a Basic Training and Refresher Course for
Pollution Control Officers and Environmental Management Training for Managing Heads
on August 15-18, 2017 to be held at Piazza Zicarelli Hotel & Restaurant, Maharlika
Highway, Upi, Gamu, Isabela .

The training aims to upgrade the capabilities of our partner industries and their designated PCOs
towards effective self-regulation and responsive environmental and pollution control
management skills, and at the same time to comply with the requirements of accreditation as
mandated for under pertinent rules of the EMB-DENR. Our distinguished resource speakers
duly accredited by the EMB-DENR shall cover principles and fundamentals of environmental
and pollution control laws and other required fields of studies for PCO, as well as latest
environmental policies & emerging trends in environmental management for Managing Heads.

Below are the details of payment and arrangement for the said training:
 Participants are required to confirm their participation through the return confirmation slip
addressed to the EMB Regional Office No. 2 or through email at emb_r02@yahoo.com.
 A non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of P10,000.00 is charged per
participant for PCO. The fee includes morning and afternoon snacks, buffet lunch (for the
duration of training), T-shirt, training hand-outs and materials, and electronic copy of
speakers’ presentation. A registration fee of P3,000.00 will be charged per participant for the
Managing Heads for the 1-day training. The training shall be held in a live-out
arrangement.
