We are writing you in relation to the Training Course on Project Proposal Preparation for Magsasaka Siyentista (MS) and Farmer Leaders in CAR slated on August 12-15, 2013 (inclusive of travel time) at the ATI-CAR, BSU Compound La Trinidad, Benguet. This training aims to capacitate the farmers in developing their skills in preparing a project proposal that would merit funding support from any concerned agencies. The training course would be in support to the sustenance of Regional Techno Gabay Program being handled newly by the ATICAR. This is also a follow up activity of the training on Farmer Stakeholders Training on Climate Change Impact on Agriculture and Climate Smart Agriculture Technologies for the Uplands recently conducted last June 2013. Thus, we would like to invite the above-mentioned farmer leader in your agency to attend the training course. Free food, accommodation and travelling expenses will all be provided by ATI-CAR.
