the fire safety. We carry out all types of FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM, FIRE ALRAM
DETECTION SYSTEM, FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM AND FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS Projects works.

Ever since our inception in 2010, we have supplied our total range of firefighting
equipment and various fire systems to major Industries, Institutes across India.

We also provide all types of fire Fighting Equipment’s & Extinguishers as per new BIS
standard 15683. All products are duly tested and certified by the concerned
representatives before being dispatched from our Manufacturing facility.

 FIRE SYSTEM AMC

1.0 Scope of Work

Provide trained manpower/technicians (qualified team with certification) for routine running and
maintenance of the FPS & FAS systems including periodic PM/CM schedule as per IS & NFPA
standards to be prepared by vendor, to conduct routine checks of all systems and maintain the
documents.

2.0 Inclusions
 Operation & Maintenance of Fire Pumps at Pump House with complete system Inventory.
 Regular inspection - opening / closing and greasing of valves as per defined frequency
 Routine inspection / Cleaning / replacement of all parts of Hose reels & Hose boxes, Sprinklers
system with Alarm valves.
 Attending to leakages in Fire Hydrant & sprinkler line for entire site.
 Operation & Maintenance, inspection and , inspection and line testing with flow meter, Diesel
Pump Batteries , Fire control panel Batteries as per IS Code & PM Schedule
 To Provide the Training to Customer personnel.
 Participation in Mock Drill as per HSE guideline.
 Provide support for any problems relating to Fire fighting.
 Supplier to provide detailed plan for preventive, daily/weekly/monthly and planned
Maintenance, schedules and the checklist of such maintenance with timelines as per the
NFPA Code 25 chapter5,6,7,8,9,13.Code72 chapter14, code 10 chapter 7and codes 17,13 and
101.
 Pump house to be manned by AMC team 24X7 mandatory with expert technician aware of
FM/UL System with pump operations.
 Provide round the clock expert/Experienced - supervisors/technicians/electricians to comply
above requirement.
 Use standard tools and Equipment’s for testing and maintenance of system.
 Routine inspection / Cleaning / replacement / Testing of Fire Alarm System (FAS) with PA
system, FM200 System & VESDA system, NOVAC System, & Flow Switch and Smoke
Detectors.
 Regular inspection - testing of fire extinguishers as per IS Code & PM Schedule
