Introduction

Established in 2014 with the purpose of building an ecosystem exclusively for


Vietnamese artists including: training, orienting and developing artist image. In
addition, the release of Vietnamese electronic music products and the promotion
of Vietnamese artists' images, bringing a professional organizing process for
events with DJ elements (including booking agency, event management,
production).

events as well as performing arts activities taking place in a nationwide scale,
connecting children. People from around the world come together to create a

With Vietnam's booming and strong economic development in the past year,
people's income has increased while the demand for entertainment and outdoor
events has increased. It is a great opportunity to realize the potential of the
company, organize many young playgrounds and public sources of music and Dj
products to meet the needs of audiences nationwide, meet the needs. of

Social
In Vietnam, the young population aged 16-30 accounts for the majority of 90
million people in Vietnam. Besides, there is a trend of market music and
entertainment music activities which are also enthusiastically welcomed by young

In the production and performance of electronic music - EDM (Electronic dance
music), The presence of technology is indispensable in every step of the
company's development. There are hundreds of different technology companies,
providing technology products in the music industry such as Pionner, Denon, etc.
Each year, they develop and launch new product lines with many Outstanding
features, apply all the latest technology in each product and make the production
and songwriting of music become easier, more convenient and more modern.

Enviromental
In the entertainment and music industry, the biggest concern about the
environment is sound pollution. The fact that loud sounds operate at high
frequency can seriously affect the households and surrounding people. Therefore,
the company had a solution to plant trees around the company's premises and
installed many soundproofing panels and special soundproofing walls to separate
internal sounds from outside to avoid sound pollution.

The training roadmap for Dj will include 2 methods: off the job training, learning on
the job. This plan is divided into two stages

The first stages (August 2020)

This stage mainly uses the method of off the job training. Dj will learn about core
values and trends of listeners. The program will last for 2 weeks and will be
directed by the company's music director. In these 2 weeks, DJ will understand the
core of music, the sound of each of our lives, the cohesion of music and the
energy they bring. Not only that but also how to enjoy each genre and how to
classify them and understand the value of each different music genre. Finally, we
will learn how to analyze the market and the tastes of our customers so that we
can find the music trends in the country as well as in the world. The goal of
VNsound is to be creative, always innovate and catch up with the trend so
orientation is very important and it will contribute to building a dynamic working
environment for the company.

The second stage (Sep-Oct 2020)

After understanding the value of music and customer tastes, DJs will receive
intensive training in music production and playing at the company's studio and at
indoor and outdoor festivals as well as on regional bars. The main method used in
this phase is on the job training and it run in 2 month. Proud to be a company with
many connections with event organizations and bars, DJs will practice and learn
from the leading music experts in the nightlife world as well as the experts in event
organization. Event at home and abroad, visiting big studios such as BIGZ
STUDIO, YG Entertainment. DJ will be further improved in communication skills,
capturing the psychology of the audience, the skills to use software. and modern
equipment and style of performance at many events, large and small, mastering
the elements from basic to advanced so that we can draw many lessons and
experience at work.

At the end of the course, the DJ will take a competency test using and handling
situations with studio equipment, customer acquisition and public performance.

Hard and soft skills training for employees not only brings benefits to the company
in terms of resources strength but also benefits DJs. After the training course is
over, DJ will gain knowledge, gain access to new technologies and become
familiar with the working environment. As a result, the company's strategy and
goals will be fulfilled and developed more and more deeply thanks to the creativity

This training strategy of Vnsound in 2020 will make a big step in developing and
