By virtue of the power vested in me under Sec. 389(5) of the

Local Government Code of 1991, you are hereby appointed as Barangay
Secretary of Barangay Suba, effective on June 30, 2010 – November 30,
2013.

As the appointed Barangay Secretary, you are entitled to

honorarium allowance and such emoluments as provided for by law.
