They pass around the set on teacher’s que. One person in each group must write down the sentences. Activity 1 Each group is given a mah-jong paper and brainstorm the idea of ‘What does a good friend do?’ on one paper and ‘What does a bad friend do?’ on another paper. Activity 2 Pupils come to the front in their groups to present their thoughts on what makes a good and bad friend. Activity 3 Pupils chose their partners and make a button badge for their friend on why the person is a good friend. Post-lesson Pupils present their friendship button.
