13). THE PUBLIC HEALTH PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM MUST BE HANDED OUT
TO PASSENGERS BY THE CREW, COMPLETED AND HANDED OVER TO THE PUBLIC
HEALTH AUTHORITIES AT THE DESTINATION AIRPORT.
