Miss Marlow

Hello parents, guardians and students! My name is

Miss Bethany Marlow.

I am a fourth-year pre-service teacher studying Early

Childhood and Primary Education at Murdoch
University. I have been given the wonderful
opportunity to work with Mrs Giles and the Pre-
primary class of LA 8. I am looking forward to
becoming a part of the classroom and completing my
internship at Bertram Primary School.

I will be working with LA 8 full time for the first two weeks of Term 1. I will then
be working as an intern every Wednesday and Thursday for the remainder of the
year. I will also be completing my final 10 week practicum full time during Term
3. During this year I will be co-teaching with Mrs Giles along with planning,
teaching and assessing lessons of my own.

About me:
I was born in Sheffield, England and spent most of my early childhood and primary
years in the United Kingdom. I moved to Perth, Australia in 2009 when I was 11
years old with my immediate family. My family includes my mother, father, two
younger sisters, two dogs, three cats and two chickens. I have had many jobs over
the years including working as a gymnastics coach, cheerleading coach,
afterschool care assistant, barista and a pre-kindy educator. Now I currently work
as a sales assistant at Priceline.
