of the instructions regarding admission and other disciplinary rules of your college, and have
instructed my daughter to obey them. I do undertake that my daughter will respect and obey
all the instructions, rules, and regulations of the University, and will attend all classes
regularly and sincerely. I also agree and undertake that if she fails to comply with the
minimum 75% attendance requirement of Mother Teresa Women’s University, she may be
detained.

Condition of Minimum Attendance: I, _________________________________________ am

fully aware that I am required to maintain minimum 75% attendance in all the theory and
practical classes during the semester, and am required to submit the term-work, assignments,
etc., as applicable, within the notified time limit. I am also aware that if I fail to maintain the

to appear for the end-semester University examination.
