I. INTRODUCTION
A. Name of Business
The business’ name is Siordine. The entrepreneurs chose this name as the siomai
was traditionally made up of meat and now substitute by sardines.
B. Business Location
The location of the business is in Barangay Aurora, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

C. Nature of the Business


The business is named Siordine and it is in manufacturing and food industry.
Siordine is a snack or viand whose made up of sardine. It is a business wherein the
entrepreneurs think of substitute to the expensive meat to have a less expensive but
delicious snack, siordine is the best choice. If the consumers want some thrill on the
product, the entrepreneurs will made a chili oil that will make the consumers satisfied.
D. Description of the Business
The form of business organization is partnership and the product will be located at
Aurora, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro and the target operation of the product will be in this
year 2020.

To satisfy the cravings of the consumers by providing a delicious and affordable
product.
