Executive Summary
Green Escape Garden is founded by Avery Narcida, it is located at 334 c. Lawis Ext, San
Isidro, Antipolo City Near Antipolo Church and Robinson Place Mall. It is originally a
Gardening business but since the founder and its friends Saberon, Dayego and Bagor is
always traveling to find place to unwind, they decided why not build a business that we
can get a win-to-win benefit aside from its profitable and we are happy doing it.
We came up with planning of having a Local Coffee and creating it us a high standard of
coffee from our country. We are making this to have a great coffee from people not just in
the Antipolo area but also nationwide. We’ve decided to build our business in this area
because Antipolo or Rizal Area has a cold weather, that is why customers from Metro
Manila is more likely to visit our coffee shop because it gives people a place to relax which
gives them both a comfortable and a cozy place in Green Escape Garden.
Highlights
We will give our full heart serving our customers and will meet their satisfaction by our coffee
and a quality food plus the vibe of our shop that makes them relax their minds while having
our best coffee. People tends to look for new, and here we are offering not so ordinary
coffee shop that you can found in locally, our coffee shop is garden theme and it’s
underground.
We want to give people idea that we’re not just offering them a simple coffee but a great
memory to remember that comes with our great coffee.
Objectives
• To promote a sweet escape from reality by giving our customer a paradise vibe
without travelling far.
• Make sure the environment is pleasant, relaxed, and comfortable surroundings.
• Distribute flyers and monthly coupons to neighborhood near by the landmarks like
Antipolo church.
Mission Statement
We envision Green Escape Garden to be one of the well-known escape plans from our
untrue world by providing them excellent services and unforgettable experience that is
beyond their expectation.
Keys to Success
• Creating our own signature product and services to people that we are
providing undeniably one of the outstanding services in the Philippines.
We contributed equal shares for Green Escape Garden with 25% amounting to Php
4,000,000 in total. The owner’s position to the business is Avery Narcida is the General
Manager, Ley an Bagor is the Financial Manager, Danielle Dayego is the Technical and
Operational Manager and lastly Saberon is our Production Manager

We will serve customers a quality coffee made locally in the Philippines, and bread and
pastry made by the owners.
Green Escape Garden will introduce new bread and pastry every end of the month and will
start-up with chocolate moist cake and red velvet cupcake.
Services
Our barista’s qualifications are simple, he/she must have experience in same line of job or
have completed a training relating to the job.
The owners will also need to take trainings to be hand-on in the business aside from they
completed food and beverage courses.

ROLES RESPOSIBILITIES
Avery Narcida General Manager Ensures the business operation will run smoothly
following the schedule, rules and in charge
members for their daily operation.
Ley Ann Bagor Financial Manager Responsible for the financial health of the
company.
Financial Management
The initial investment of the owners will be 1.5million per owners, total of 6million to start-up
the Green Escape Garden. After researching of a perfect location for our business the
owners decided to buy a property in Antipolo Rizal amounting to 2,650,000 pesos, sold
10,000 per sqm total of 265sqm.
Our coffee shop design is underground glass infinity style coffee shop, the budget for
building the coffee shop including the labor of the construction workers and the furniture
will be 1,500,00 pesos.
The other start-up capital will be used for legal expenses, kitchen inventory and equipment,
packaging and other materials, promotion.

Start-Up/Acquisition Summary
After researching of a perfect location for our business the owners decided to buy a
property in Antipolo Rizal amounting to 2,650,000 pesos, sold 10,000 per sqm total of 265sqm.
Kitchen Inventory will include specific tools and accessories needed for coffee drinks and
bread and pastry.
Food Preparation- Aprons, gloves, storage containers, trays work table, mixers,
condiments bottle, cupcake pan, pots and pans, mixing bowls, tableware, cleaning
supplies and equipment.
Utensils- Cooking utensils, knives, kitchen equipment including baking needs etc.
Machine and equipment- oven, refrigerator, coffee grinder, Espresso Maker etc.
Marketing
We are offering locally made coffee from the Philippines, specifically from Samar,
Benguet, Cavite, and Batangas.
Aside from coffee we are offering Bread and Pastry made by the owners, and they
can expect a coffee shop with Garden theme.
You can feel the Paradise vibe in our coffee shop without going abroad.

Pricing
Green Escape Garden primarily utilizes competition-based pricing. In grand opening, we will

And in long run of the Green Escape Garden, we will be giving loyalty card wherein they
can get it by 50 to 100 purchase. The benefits of having loyalty card they can get once a
month promo in our shop for free.
