assignment of a paper entitled "personal letter" this paper on time.The purpose of writing from this
paper is to fulfill the task of the teacher in the field of English. In addition, this paper also aims to add
insight into personal letters for readers and also for writers.I thank the father of Baharuddin S.pd as a
British teacher who has given this task so that it can increase knowledge and insights according to the

 PRELIMINARY

1. Background

Humans are the creature of earth residents with very much amount. With such large quantities
of humans should socialize with the same age, such as friendship, friendship, family and

correct letter. Moreover, as a Indonesian teacher, we must better understand how to write a
good letter. Therefore, this paper is made with the aim to know what a personal letter, the types
of personal letters, and the systematics of the writing of the letter.

DISCUSSION
 1.Personal letter function

In general the function and benefit of personal letter is:

1.To express the feeling

2.To represent the authors of the communicating to the other party

3.As a means of delivering ideas and ideas for authors

2. Understanding of a personal letter

Personal Letters are a type of letter that is contents about personal interests that are usually
personally written and addressed to others with a non-raw language. In fact the outline of
personal letters has no binding rules. The personal letter can be written according to the tastes
of the writer. Although so, the ethics and the use of polite languages remains also should be
considered in accordance with the background and for whom the letter is intended.

Personal Letters are an individual letter to others or to the organization. The sender of the
personal letter must call himself with my word or the first person pronoun.

3. Features of Personal Letters

Personal Letters have the following features:

1.Do not have a letterhead.

2.Do not have a letter number

3.Various opening and waters are non-formal and relaxing

4.Use of free / unscact language that the author wants

5.The format of the letter is used free.

4. the types of personal letters

 1.The personal letter whose contents are familiar, such as introductory letters,

interorder letters, letters to friends, letters to parents and so on.

2.The personal letter whose contents is half-officially or has something to do with the

Personal Letters, are letters made by someone personally, both to individuals, as well as to
institutions / organizations. In general, personal letters include informal letters, free, contain
personal problems, and use everyday language.

2. Suggestion

Personal Letters are letters that do not need to be worth the confidence in the language.

However it needs to be composed systematically so that the reader can understand

easily.
