IPrint Marvel The Portable Bluetooth Printer series, are ideal ly suited for
generating 2 inch printout on the field from Android / IOS devices such as

BUS TICKETING SOLUTION constitutes of a handheld rugged PDA and back end windows software.
The handheld PDA named, Palmtec Amphibia, comes with an in built LCD, keypad, printer and runs on
rechargeable battery. The firmware for bus ticketing will be installed on the handheld PDA. The Master
data will be configured using the windows based software. Add-ons Like SMS facilities, GPRS and
Smart card are also available.
PAY COLLECT SOLUTION constitutes of a handheld rugged PDA and back end windows software for
various field payment collections like Micro-finance, Pigmy, Cable TV rent, Monthly installments and any
other collections that involves collection of money, generation of receipts and record updations. Add-ons
Like SMS facilities, GPRS and Smart card are also
available.
BILLTRAC SOLUTION constitutes of a handheld rugged PDA and back end Windows software. The
handheld PDA, Palmtec Amphibia comes with an in built LCD, keypad, printer and runs on rechargeable
battery. The firmware for billing will be installed on the handheld PDA. The master data will be configured
using the windows based software. The Transaction Data will be stored in the Device and can be uploaded
to the Back end software using a data cable or through GPRS depending on the model. Using the Back end
Software we can also set various other features like main display, the Printable headers and footers and
many other Operational settings. This settings can be downloaded to the Palmtec Amphibia using a data
cable or through GPRS depending on the model. Billtrac is our one stop billing solution for shops,
restaurants, hotels, bakeries, juice shops, fuel stations etc.
PARKING SOLUTION constitutes of a handheld rugged PDA and back end windows software. The
handheld PDA, Palmtec Amphibia comes with an in built LCD, keypad, printer and runs on rechargeable
battery. The firmware for Parking Slip and Payment Collection will be installed on the handheld PDA. The
master data will be configured using the windows based software. We have an array of Models to suit the
needs of the parking such as Machines with Single Slip Generation Only, Same Machine for Entry and Exit
Slip generation and Different Machines for Entry and Exit Slip Generation.
SIMPLE BASIC ANDROID SFA FOR VAN SALES ORDER & BILLING SOLUTION constitutes of
a basic simple Interface Web Application, Android Applications for Android Mobile or Tablet and a
Bluetooth Printer. Master data from third party Software like Tally or any other ERP can be uploaded to
the basic web application and then it can be downloaded to the Android device. SIMPLE BASIC
ANDROID SFA provides you the simplest and effective way for all Business Needs such as Fields Sales ,
Order Booking, Billing and Payment Collection, Inventory Management, Live Tracking of Orders and
sales man tracking.
OTHER CUSTOM WEB AND ANDROID APPLICATIONS FOR VARIOUS HIGH END
PROJECTS SUCH AS
1. AUTOMATIC FARE COLLECTION SOLUTION – END TO END SOLUTION FOR BUS
TICKETING WITH CASHLESS SMART CARD AND BACK END REPORTING.
Automatic Fare Collection & Reporting Solution Comprises of a Hand held device for each bus,
Smart Card for the Commutators and a Back End Web application to be Hosted in the server.
The web application provisions are available for entering all the master data such as route, stages,
fare, and other related parameters. Handheld devices will have the facility of sending data online by GPRS
along with the facility of reading Smart cards in case you plan to use cashless transactions. Once the basic
data entered in the back end software, the device will connect through GPRS and remotely pull all the
master information.
SOFTLAND INDIA LIMITED would like to provide a detailed Dealership Policy which will
enable the Dealers to work at ease with the company in their own flexible way so as to create a Win Win
Situation for both the companies. Please Find below in details the Dealership Policy / Draft agreement of
SOFTLAND.
1. The Product Lines are Divided into multiple verticals. The Details of the various Verticals,
Segments of the Sales for the Verticals and the Indicative Dealership Prices and the End User Prices
are already Provided in this Document in detail.
2. Dealers are at Liberty to Choose the Verticals based on their Business Lines. For better Sales
Returns a Maximum of 3 Product Verticals can be Chosen by a Dealer. We are willing to be
Flexible for any Dealer to choose more Verticals. This will be discussed on a Case to Case basis
only.
3. Product Verticals category wise Area wise exclusivity for 6 months will be provided by Softland to
the Dealer. This will be reviewed every Three Months and based on mutual agreement the same will
be renewed on yearly basis then on wards based on the Sales and other related information.
4. During this period of Association, Softland will be handing over the leads received directly from the
respective Vertical and will be forwarded to the respective dealer who is handling the region.
5. In Case, the Lead is handled directly by the Softland Executive, the Billing will be routed through
the Dealer.
6. The Responsibilities of the Dealer include Marketing, Sales, Installation, Training and Service to
the End Customer. In-case the Installation has to be provided by Softland, then the same will be
provided by Softland Engineer then the dealer will have to bear all the Costs related to the
installation such as Local, Out station Travel, Food, Accommodation and Man power will have to
provided by the Dealer. The charges will be provided by Softland on case to case basis.
8. Softland will provide back to back support to the Dealer. For the Service of the Product, Dealer or
the Customer will have to take the product to the Softland Service Centre for Repairs.
9. In any specific case, the Customer need the Billing Directly, then the Sales Commission will be
passed to the Respective eligible dealer.
10. Softland will provide the detailed Dealer Transfer Price list and also the Maximum End User Price
List for each product range under each vertical segments.
11. Dealer has to follow the price list given by Softland, with a maximum deviation of + 5%. In special
cases, dealer can quote price beyond these limits, with prior consent from Softland. This is to ensure
that end-user price of our products are standard across the country. The Dealer Should not Resell
beyond the Maximum End User Price List beyond the permissible limits.
12. Dealers can participate in Govt. tenders & Corporate Tenders either in their own name or in the
name of Softland, with prior consent from Softland Only.
13. The Dealer shall not resell any Product to any customer outside his Vertical or his Territorial Area.
14. In-case any any dealer wants to sell any product vertical out of his scope or to any customer out of
his allotted territory, then he can hand it over to Softland and the sales will be handled directly by
the Softland's Executives. Laison or Lead Commission based on the case-to-case basis will be
provided by Softland to the respective dealer.
15. If any dealer for a particular Vertical, gets an order for another vertical, which he is not authorised
to sell, he should buy it from dealer in that area who is authorised to sell that particular vertical of
product. Softland shall fix inter-dealer selling price
16. In case the Customer has to be Billed Directly from Softland, for any specific reasons, then the
Dealer can inform Softland on the same with the details of the Order value and the Bill for the same
will be generated from Softland. In such cases, the Payment from the Customer should reach
Softland Account. The Difference in amount (Billed value and the Dealer Transfer Price Plus
Taxes) will be passed on to the Dealer after the Receipt of Payment from the Customer. In this case
the Installation and Support at Site will be the responsibility of the Dealer only. A letter in this
regard should be provided by the Dealer. Softland reserves the right to accept of reject this
provision of billing to the Customer Directly
17. Dear should inform the details of the customer including Name, Address, Phone Number, Mobile
Number, TIN Number (If available), Contact Person and Nature of Business, to softland for the
products sold though them along with the the serial Number of the Product, Number of products
invoiced, sale rate, and date of invoice. The Warranty and Service for the product will be provided
only if the said information is provided by the Dealer.
18. Dealers have to appoint their own sales staff and do promotional activities in his assigned
geography.
20. A minimum of One Set of Device per vertical Opted will have to be purchased by the Dealer.
Special Demo price will be worked out and provided by Softland. This product should not used for
Resale.
21. The dealer should purchase sufficient number of products for demonstration purpose Softland.
Dealer should use them only for demonstration / evaluation / trial-run purposes and they are not
entitled to sell their Demo Units.
22. Softland Follows a Non Return Policy. Goods Once Purchased will not be taken back or Refunded.
In case of defective Product or parts, the Product or Parts will be replaced or Repaired based on the
level of the defects.
23. For any specific projects Or Specific Customer Requirement other than those solutions readily
available with Softland or for any Modifications required by customer on the solutions readily
available with Softland, dealer has to submit the exact customer requirement to Softland, and obtain
Commercial clearances before finalizing the order.
24. It will be the responsibility of the Dealer to generate business, give demonstration, negotiate on the
price, take orders, collect payment, give training and after sales support. Softland will provide
training to the staff of dealers at Softland's HO at at Trivandrum for Product Familiarization,
periodical updates, technical support & Field Service.
25. Softland and Dealer can jointly & separately promote the product. The dealer has to get approval
from Softland on the artwork of the Banner/ Advertisement/Poster and such promotional materials
before releasing them. Budget and sharing of the expenses will be discussed and finalized on case-
to-case basis.
26. It is the responsibility of the dealer to carryout the installation for his own orders and provide timely
after-sales Service to his customers during the Warranty period. If dealer requires installation by
Softland Technical Personnel for the orders taken by him, Softland will have the liberty of charging
an additional installation charge. As a special justure, Softland will support the Dealer in helping the
first 3 Installations.
27. The Dealer has to maintain the agreed level of stock. This will be concluded based on the vertical.
28. The Dealer will have to provide 100% advance as RTGS/NEFT/TT ONLY on Softland India Ltd.,
Trivandrum for the Stock. No Credit will be provided. Based on the Quantum, Periodicity and
Regularity in transactions, SIL reserves the right to alter the payment terms. Billing will not happen
if the payment terms are not adhered to by the Dealer.
29. Softland will provide the price list for dealers based on the Slab quantity of Purchase. The Billing
will be done from Softland Trivandrum office.
30. The delivery of the product will be based on the lead term. Generally this will be 2 to 6 weeks from
the date of receipt of firm order & Payment as per payment terms. Delivery schedule will vary,

depending on model, quantity & technical specifications. Delivery of customized products will be
decided on case-to-case basis. SIL will communicate the probable delivery date for the order as
soon as it is registered along with the payment as per payment terms.
31. Softland will provide 13 months warranty for dealer's purchase from the date of delivery. During the
warranty period, dealer should send the defective part to Softland HO or nearest service center, for
service, at dealer's cost. The same will be serviced and sent to Dealer by courier at Softland's cost.
Interaction with customer during the warranty period will be dealer’s responsibility. Our
responsibility in warranty will be limited to rectification of the problem or replacement of the
defective part only. It does not cover data. Warranty does not cover defects due to misshape like
fire, theft, accident, over voltage in charging source, mishandling & natural calamities. It is
recommended to take other precautions like insurance coverage against such eventualities.

recommended the dealers take other precautions like insurance coverage against such eventualities.
33. Softland takes utmost care in ensuring that the machines are delivered without any damage. It is
advised that the dealer checks the machines upon receiving at his premises for any damage. Dealer
should intimate damage to Softland within 7 working days post which it is agreed by the dealer that
the goods are received in proper condition.
34. Dealer can return goods ordered by him within 7 working days if he do not require them. Post the
free week period, returns will not be encouraged. For the goods returned within free week period
Softland will deduct the courier charges.
35. After warranty period, the dealer has to enter into AMC with the customer after getting concurrence
from SIL. The AMC rate to end user and the corresponding rate to Dealer will be decided by SIL.
The list of AMC charges to End-User and to the dealer will be announced by SIL separately.
36. During Warranty period, Dealer should send the defective parts replaced from Softland products, to
our HO.
37. The Dealer shall not carryout Sales of any product lines of the Competitors of Softland.
38. Any modification that may be required in the application software of the end-user to exchange data
with Softland products has to be done by the software vendor of the corresponding customer only.
The charges levied by the customer's software vendor in this regard has to be borne by the customer
only & Softland will not be responsible for any of the above charges. Softland will give free
documentation & support to customer's software vendor in the regard. The Dealer will be
responsible for effective communication between Customer, their Software Vendor and Softland.
39. This agreement is valid for Six Months from the date of signing and can be extended with the
same or modified terms thereafter, if both the parties wish to do so.
40. This agreement can be canceled by either of the parties by giving one-month notice to the other.
41. Any dispute with regard to the agreement and the resultant transactions will be under the preview of
court of law in Trivandrum.
