Re: DEMAND LETTER FOR PAYMENT

Dear Ms. De Luna:

I am writing this letter on behalf of my client, Shiela Marie Disonglo (Ms. Disonglo) in
relation to your non-payment of your monetary obligation.

Records show that you have an outstanding obligation with Ms. Disonglo in the amount
of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P35,000.00), to which you promised to pay in
installment of P2,500.00 every 15th and 30th of the month.

Despite repeated lawful demands, you failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid
amount of your monetary obligation.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of
P35,000.00 within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect my client’s interest.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid
expense and inconvenience of litigation. Thank you.
