From my point of view, there are three main qualities needed for a prosperous

skill, technical competency and strong work ethic.
First of all, the key factor of succeeding in a job is interacting effectively. =>To

From my point of view, to get a career advancement involves a variety of
qualities. However, there are three virtually inevitable traits namely:

information before sending to staff.
The second vital factor contributing to a successful job is technical literacy. This
is mainly because it seems that almost every field is digitized, staffs will rapidly
become obsolete if they cannot keep up with the unprecedented rate of
technology development. Moreover, nowdays the office informatics is
considered as a requisite of any companies, thus, individuals who have an
excellent acquisition of information technology will obviously an enormous
advantage to others in an competitive labor market.
The final yet essential trait that an outstanding employee needed is strong work
ethic. Particularly, it is proved that the staffs possessing high resourcefulness in
event organization and customers dealing will engender great trust from
managers, as a result, they may stand more chances of promotion. In another
case, employees who exhibit good punctuality in arrival and schedule are highly
appreciated by not only colleagues but also employers. Therefore, they may find
working environment more favorable and friendly.
To bring all together, to reach the peak of one’s career, only specific knowledge
is not adequate. I strongly believe a smart combination of exceptional
communication skill, excellent technology competency and strict work ethic will
lay a firm foundation to a flourish career.
