AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, LYNDON ROYCE PIPER, of legal age, Australian citizen, single,

with residential address at Solid Homes Subdivision Taytayan, Bogo City,
Province of Cebu, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. I am the owner of a Condominium Unit in WINDLAND TOWER

hereto attached and made integral part of as ANNEX “A”.

2. That during our marriage I acquired the same property through my own
personal funds and under the names of LYNDON ROYCE PIPER and
DOLORES PIPER and who are co-owners of the same property ;

3. That I and Dolores have been divorced through judicial proceedings in

Australia ;

4. That I have reason to believe that my former spouse will dispose of the
property ;

5. That I have an interest and participation on the said property because of

my contribution and the existing co-ownership ;

6. That unless an adverse claim is annotated on the afore described

property, I am in danger of being defrauded and deprived of my just and valid
right over the afore described property and, as such, I am executing this
Affidavit in support of my request for the annotation of an adverse claim over
the property described herein.
