It is with great enthusiasm and humility that I submit my letter in your humble office for my intent
to transfer at your favorable approval, preferably, TONGA LIM SIAO SR. INTEGRATED SCHOOL. I
am a grade 7 adviser of Tonga Lim Siao Sr. Integrated School as well as the Coordinator in ICT
Department. For more than year serving in the institution, I have developed skills necessary for this
job, to teach and be an inspiration for the wellness and benefit of my students and the school as a
whole, but I cannot prevent the different problems to occur. To elaborate it further, below are some of
the following statements that hopefully renders enough a positive response on your decisions.

 I will be more productive and effective teacher if my station is near to my present

residence, and
 I can also spend more time in my family especially I have a child that needs more care
and attention.
 I have been teaching at Tonga Lim Siao Sr. Integrated School as detailed teacher for
more than 2 years.
