I have the honor to apply for transfer of teaching assignment from my present
station as Teacher I of Regino A. Yet Elem. School to San Pedro Elementary School, Sta.
Elena District due to the following reasons:

a. I am a bonafide resident of Sta. Elena, where Don Tomas Elementary School is

situated;

b. I have enjoyed working for the past 3 years as Grade 2 Teacher in Regino A. Yet
Elementary School, and appreciate the experiences I have gained.

c. My transfer will give contentment since Don Tomas Elementary School is only
10 minutes ride from my house. Hence, I could give ample time for instructional
preparation, in order to perform my duties efficiently and effectively.

d. I want to use and share my all knowledge and special skills that would be an
asset for the good of the school and of the entire district.

e. As the family's sole provider, my income is insufficient due to the high cost of
living, boarding house and transportation.
f. Transferring would be a great way for me to save time and money while also
allowing me to concentrate on finishing my master's thesis.

Should this request be granted, I do commit myself to:

1) be punctual at all times.

Prepare the necessary teaching aids, devices and materials to ensure that the
desired learning objectives in every lesson are adequately attained.

2) conduct periodic assessment on pupils learning progress as well as on their

reading development which is vital requirement in outlining an effective
remediation program.
 3) conduct remedial classes for slow and non-readers and follow up classes
for fast and average learners.

4.) I can maximize my time in training pupils in any field of competition or other
related activities that may be assigned to me even beyond regular days and time.

station as Teacher I of Regino A. Yet Elem. School to Segundo Aguirre Elementary School
both of this District due to the following reasons:

a. I am a bonafide resident of Purok 5, Barangay Sta. Rosa Norte where

Segundo Aguirre Elementary School, my Alma Mater in adjacent.

b. I have enjoyed working for the past 3 years as Grade 6 Teacher in

Regino A. Yet Elementary School, and appreciate the experiences
I have gained.

c. My transfer will give contentment since Segundo Aguirre Elementary

School is beside from our house. Hence, I could give ample time
for instructional preparation, in order to perform my duties efficiently and
effectively.

d. It is great opportunity for me hence travel expenses could be of great help

for me and for my family.
