Greeting!

May I have the honor to request in your good office the transfer from my present station Bag-
ong Oslob Elementary School of Aurora West District to either of these schools; Pedro Molde
Elementary School, Lavictoria Elementary School or Panaghiusa Primary School of the same district
with the following reasons;

1. I would be lightened from my burdens of traveling rough road considering the distance and
climate
2. That I would be relieved from health risk for I am an asthmatic person.
3. I would be lightened from my burdens of preparing 2 classes.
4. That I am to take care of my daughter who is still in breastfeeding.
5. That I could save a little amount from my salary considering that I am residing in Purok Calube
Poblacion, Aurora Zamboanga del Sur and this is near to the school I am applying for transfer.
This would help me financially as much as transportation is concern.

Given the opportunity and granting my request to transfer, it would be very beneficial to me and
advantage to our department.
