    Ma’am:

    I would like to request from your good office to apply for a transfer of teaching assignment from my
    present station which is in New Siquijor Elementary School to Buena Suerte Elementary School, Mutia
    District under your jurisdiction for the following reasons to wit:

    1. I experienced difficulty in transportation from Newland to my present station which is New


    Siquijor and to my itinerant school New Casul considering that the road in going to and forth
    is not ideal.
    2. It is easy for me to go to Buena Suerte Elementary School than in New Siquijor Elementary
    School when it comes to distance.

    3. It will lessen the daily expense for gasoline consumption and the risk of my daily travel.

    4. I have a 3 years old baby that needs my motherly care and guidance. That I have to leave him
    under my grandmother’s protection for I have to stay in New Siquijor on weekdays due to
    unfavourable transportation from my residence to my station.

    5. I am a Kindergarten Teacher in New Siquijor Elementary School for 8 years since my first
    day of appointment is in May 15, 2013.

    For these reasons, I humbly appeal your good office to give consideration on my intention for transfer.
