1. Introduction
1.1 Scope
This manual covers the functionalities of SVMPC1 v1.2 and SVMPC1t v1.2.
- Users: To control the management points and scenes configured in SVMPC1 (Some
configurations in the system administration are only available for admin users)
- Admin Users: To configure settings for management points and functions such as system
administration, network and interlock.

2. What is SVMPC1?
SVMPC1 is a VRV centralized controller that can be controlled and monitored remotely from
anywhere by using a tablet or smartphone. SVMPC1 provides scheduling and other automatic control
functions that allows the VRV system to operate automatically throughout the year.
SVMPC1 helps you manage the air-conditioning and saves energy for your building or office.
7
Log in screen
You can log in using the default username “admin”. “admin” user does not have a password at
the beginning. Therefore, please set the password for “admin” user when you log in for the first
time.
Note: SVMPC1 can be logged in concurrently using the same user name at the same time from
different tablets or smartphones.

Interlock functions allow users to create automated operation for management points based on the
condition or status of other management points or devices. Such automatic operations function as a
form of logical sequence.
For example, you can add a backup operation by using the interlock function. If one aircon has error,
the backup aircon can be set to start operation automatically.

9. Scenes Screen
Scenes function allows users to create a single button that activates/deactivates multiple aircon and
devices. A scene is a list of actions to be performed once the scene button is pressed.
The Scene function is useful because it allows the user to complete multiple actions with just one
button.
For example, the user can set an “Away From Office” scene. In this case, when the button is pressed,
all the lights can be turned off and the aircon can be set to a higher setpoint to save energy.
The figure below shows the main screen for all the scenes that were added. Users may click on the
desired scene to activate it. To configure or add a new scene, please use the scenes set up in the
System Administration screen.

The Scenes Setting menu can be accessed from the “System” administration menu.
From the scene settings menu, you can create new scenes or edit the scene by changing the scene
