The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for electrical engineers and researchers to present their
research work and to share experiences and ideas in the area of power, energy, control and related
engineering applications. The conference program will be having plenary sessions and technical paper
presentations. Distinguished speakers will be invited to deliver keynote speeches on emerging
technologies in power, energy and control engineering. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact
with the experts from these related fields.
Focus areas of the conference are Power Electronic Converters and their control, Smart Grid Technology,
Renewable Energy Resources, Distributed Generation and Grid Interconnection, Electric Vehicles,
Energy Storage & Battery Charging techniques, FACTS devices, Power Quality, Wide band gap devices,
Control systems and its application to power and energy, signal processing applications in power and
energy, semiconductor devices and circuits etc.
Prospective authors are invited to submit a maximum of 6 pages full paper on the following tracks (but
not limited to):
Power Systems and Smart Grids
Electrical Machines and Industrial Drives
Power Electronic Converters
Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Systems
Transportation Electrification and Automotive Technologies
Control Systems and Applications
Machine Learning & Signal Processing for Power & Energy Applications

Important Dates:
Paper submission opens : 01st Feb 2020
Deadline for full paper submission : 30th Apr 2020
Notification of acceptance : 15th Jun 2020
Registration opens : 15th Jun 2020
Deadline for Early Bird Registration : 15th Jul 2020
Deadline for Standard Registration : 10th Sep 2020
Deadline for camera ready paper submission : 31st Jul 2020
Registration Fees:
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at Full Fee (Academician/ Scientists/
Foreign Authors/ Industry Person) before the deadline for the paper to be presented in the
conference and included in IEEE Xplore.
Each registration with full fee is entitled to present/publish up to a maximum of two papers.
Student registrations are not considered as full fee, such paper is allowed for presentation in the
conference but it will not be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore.
The manuscripts may contain a maximum of six pages. Manuscripts in excess of six pages will
not be considered for further processing.
Note: A full registration is needed for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings.

Full registration includes: Access to plenary sessions (on prior booking only), all the conference
sessions, conference registration kit, lunches (for two days), coffee breaks, gala dinner and inclusion of
presented papers in IEEE Xplore.
Student registration includes: Access to plenary sessions (on prior booking only), all the conference
sessions, conference registration kit, lunches (for two days), coffee breaks, and gala dinner. Students must
provide valid proof (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by
e-mail when submitting their registration and payment. Registration will not be effective until the validity
of this document is confirmed.
