Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance. This type of System

Development Life Cycle is commonly used for beginners. It allows you to return to the

previous stages and modify the problems encountered.

SMIT, Inc. celebrates different events every year and some activities require

tabulation. The researchers have observed that some activities are still tabulated manually.

However, every year, the teachers and students from the BSIT/ ACT Department work

together to develop a tabulating system but still experience errors due to the limited time to

communicate with the organizers and test the system because of the academic activities.
