ABSTRACT:

Today most of the products are mass produced, therefore


they require a special type of pot, called marmita. These
pots are characterized by cooking nutritious foods, most
are dairy, jellies, chocolates, meats, sandwiches and
sauces. Its capacity and high efficiency allow industries
to adopt and work with it. They are made of stainless
steel in the majority of their structure since the food
must not be left with residues of the machine. The pot is
completely airtight and tight, it has food ready in a short
time, fully efficient for the meat industries. In Colombia
the STEAM KETTLE came to the country in the
industrial revolution along with the vapor machine,
which after that the STEAM KETTLE were once
applied to the industrial sector, Creating many more
