500G ZAHAR
Zest of 6 thick-skinned lemons (Lisbon, Citron). Do not use the white pith as it makes the
liqueur bitter.
1 litre rectified alcohol 50%abv
0.5 litre distilled water
500g sugar
Macerate the peel in the alcohol for 10 days. Boil water and add sugar. Allow to cool. Add sugar
syrup and store for another week. Strain and discard the lemon peel. Store in a refrigerator.

1 (750-ml) bottle vodka
3 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups sugar
Coaja de la 10 lamaii
1 l alcool 50%
700 ml apa
500 g zahar
Se curata doar partea galbena a cojii si se macereaza in alcool pana devine alba ( aprox 7 zile ) se
strecoara . Zaharul se amesteca cu apa la cald . La final toate ingradientele se amesteca.
