Fructele se macereaza in alcool impreuna cu zaharul lamaia si anasonul 30 de zile. Se strecoara.

Limoncello (aka limoncino, limonce):

 Zest of 6 thick-skinned lemons (Lisbon, Citron). Do not use the white pith as it makes the
liqueur bitter.
 1 litre rectified alcohol 50%abv
 0.5 litre distilled water
 500g sugar

Macerate the peel in the alcohol for 10 days. Boil water and add sugar. Allow to cool. Add sugar
syrup and store for another week. Strain and discard the lemon peel. Store in a refrigerator.

Ingredients II
 10 lemons
 1 (750-ml) bottle vodka
 3 1/2 cups water
 2 1/2 cups sugar

1 l alcool 50%

700 ml apa

500 g zahar

Se curata doar partea galbena a cojii si se macereaza in alcool pana devine alba ( aprox 7 zile ) se
strecoara . Zaharul se amesteca cu apa la cald . La final toate ingradientele se amesteca.

500 ml smantana 32% dulce

150 ml apa

200g zahar

10 ml sirop ciocolata ( cacao 5 g)

5 ml esenta vanilie

5 ml esenta migdale

2 lingurite ness
