I. Before I start let me explain to all of you what is stock market.

II. The stock market is where the place of investors can buy and sell the stock or
share of a listed company. When you buy a stock or share, you are shareholder
of the company.
III. Before I go further, let me show you one of the people who invest in stock and
what happened to her. Do you know her?
IV. She is a public figure and famous artist. She bought Sumatec share but after that,
she loss his money. Do you know why it happened?
V. As you can see here, she put her money in this share around RM20,000.00 and
now the share value now just RM11,000.00 only.
VI. Why it happened? Because, there are many problems in investing in stock
market. It is important to know if you want invest in stock market. So today, I will
explain to you 4 common problems and errors that investors face.

I. There are many problems when you invest in stock market. That why, many
people are not participate in stock market and with these problem you will lose
your money like I mention above.

A. The first problem is, you buy stock or share without research and just follow
you friend. Normally, you can use Fundamental and Technical Analysis in
make a research.
B. Second problem is never cut loss or stop loss your position. A stop loss order
is an order placed with a broker to buy or sell a security when in reaches a
certain price. For example, you buy a stock at price RM2.00 and expected
price rise to RM3.00. However, price will drop and drop again till you lose your
money.
C. Going against the market. (Wrong Direction). For example, if you drive a car
in a wrong way, you will get an accident.
D. The last problem is, some investors or traders can’t control their emotion. For
example, fear, greed, hope, excitement and frustration

I. It is important to know about the solution of the problem that I said before.

A. Prepare yourself and study carefully the Fundamental and Technical of the
stock before you enter the market. Don’t trust anyone in the market even an
expert.
1. Fundamental is the data or performance of the company such
as the cash flow and asset of the company. Nowadays, it is
very easy to find the data from your internet. You can use the
data to make projection or expectation the future price of the
share.

2. Technical is a chart or graft the show the pass price the stock,
you can use the technical in find a good price to enter the
market.

B. Always set up your Cut Loss point to protect save your capital. Before enter
the market, prepare the stop loss strategy first.

C. Make the trend as your friend. For example, if you can see here, takaful chart
was in uptrend from August 2018 till Julai 2019. If you follow the trend, you
will gain more than 100% less than 1 year.
 D. Last, you need to know how to control your emotion.

1. Take a walk after each trade or buy a stock

2. Limit your transaction
3. Don’t overtrade
4. Don’t key in order when you are panic or tired

II. It is important to know and understand about all the solution. If you can see here,
this is a top loser stock in 2018. If, you buy a wrong company, you will loss you
money. For example, if you buy Sumatec in Januari 2018, your will loss 80% of
your money in December 2018.

III. So, what will happen if you don’t understand and used the solution? You will loss
in your trading.

IV. However, if you buy right share or stock, you will gain like this. If you can see
here, there is a top gainer stock in 2018. There is some stock that gained more
that 100%.

I. In conclusion, it is not easy to trading or investing in stock market, but there if a ways or
solution if you seriously want to make money in stock.

II. What I share just now, just a very basic info about stock market, if you very serious to
know more, just ask me.

III. Trust me, you can make money in stock market, but before you enter the market, my
advice, just prepare yourself and always learn the technic that I share before.

IV. Set your trading plan and know yourself whether you trading or invest for short term,
medium term or long term. And always learning and study the market. Ok thank you very
