To the newly wedded couple, congratulations mga inaanak.

To the proud parents as well as

the most emotional as of this moment. To my new kumares and kumpares although some
sa inyuha diria, kaila na daan nako, sa tanan guests and relatives witnessing the union of
____________ and _____________, maayong buntag-hapon-gabie sa atong tanan.

Today we celebrate the joining together of two loving hearts of _________ and ___________.
First, I would like to say thank you for choosing me to be one of your witnesses for your
vows for each other.

What more could I ask for? I know you are still in cloud 9 because at last you ended
together. At last, you made it! But as your ninang I would like to remind you nga marriage
is a bitter-sweet delicacy. Why bitter-sweet, because, you must accept that naa syay kapait
kalakip sa kalipay. Pero always remember nga you enter marriage together and so you
must always face the problems together as well.

Sa marriage, we cannot deny the fact that sometimes distance and busy schedules will test
the relationship. Personally, bisan kami nga dugay na sa marriage life, we face the same
sentiment. Dili na always magkita kay you know having a public servant husband is never
easy. So many schedules and priorities to set. But always give time to give your partner the
feeling of assurance that whatever and wherever you are, you care, love and respect each
other. That at the end of the day, you find time to say, “kumusta imuha adlaw dear?” simple
yet it means so much and please always say “I love you “ a lot.

I think, that would be the best advice I can give and please, if you really think that you
needed help, amidst the relationship, you can always count on your ninang and ninong.
Malipay pod mi nga Makita mo nga ing ana ka sweet until old age hits you both.
Congratulations and as our Almighty Lord says, “you go to the WORLD and multiply!”
Again, good morning-afternoon-evening to all.
