Poster Competition offers researchers from
across the world the chance to present their

exhibition and conference in the Asia Pacific.

Guidelines
Submit your posters abstracts before 30
November 2019. Abstract should not
exceed 250 words and should contain the
following information:

Title should not exceed 20 words

Specific Object of Study

Method used (if pertinent)

Result of the study in summary

Conclusion of the study

Abstracts should be submitted in good

English and standard abbreviations may
be used. Section breaks are not
mandatory.

Timeline

December
A panel of experts will convene after the
closing of the poster competition
submission period to review all
submissions.

January
Participants will be informed whether
their abstracts have been accepted for the
competition.

February
All accepted poster presenters are
required to register as a delegate for
IDEM to present their posters.

April
Presentation of Poster at IDEM and
announcement of Winner at the event.
