I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Ms. Siti Ratnasari who is applying for
Master Program at prestigious university in Turkey sponsored by Türkiye Burslari
Scholarships Program. I have known Ms. Ratna since 2012 for her contribution not only inside
but outside campus activities.

As head of international office and one of the lecturers of Agriculture Faculty of Sultan Ageng
Tirtayasa University, I have witnessed her tremendous growth and development not only through
academic achievement, but also definite willingness to have new experiences. Ms. Ratna has a
keen interest in agriculture in a high intellectual and passionate person to get the achievement.
Moreover, she got GPA Cumlaude, 3.86 of maximum 4.00 at Undergraduate
Agroecotechnology department. As your consideration, Siti Ratnasari was a BIDIKMISI
scholarship awardee, scholarship granted for high achieving students from disadvantaged family,
from Indonesia Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture. She
also got any fields competation both in academic and non-academic category; as the first winner
in student paper contest, finalist at national maritime scientific paper, the speaker in some
training motivation, the runner-up of Achievement student contest, etc. She has joined many
discussion groups concerned in agriculture development and other fields. In addition, she is
trying combine empowerment and agriculture process for several commodities potential of
Indonesia Agriculture, because of it, she needs to learn from Turkey.

I also acknowledge her contribution towards the university. For instance, Ms. Ratna was elected
for empowerment and charity activities named “KKN Kebangsaan” at Sambas, West Borneo
(Indonesia-Malaysia borderline) in 2014. She also had excellent interpersonal skills to manage
some organizations; a Manager of Human Resources Department of Tirtayasa Research and
Academy Society (TRAS) Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University for 2013-2014 period, and she also
was a Secretary of Research and Technology Ministry in Student Executive Council of Sultan
Ageng Tirtayasa University. Furthermore, she was actively as a speaker in several topics, such as
organization management, scientific paper training and others. Therefore, Ms. Ratna is
undoubtedly an exceptionally competitive person.

I firmly believe that Ms. Siti Ratnasari has the potential to be an outstanding student and she is a
highly recommended candidate for graduate study in botanic fields in a prestigious university in
