Sir,

I would like to justify myself for the error which occurred in my biometric log in on the
afternoon of February 28, 2020. It was after I had attended our Friday Islamic mass
and I was hurrying for my 1:50 PM class. I do not know the reason why it did not
appear in the printed biometrics copy.

Attached is a copy of the logbook for my signing in and out during that day.
