in outdoor area calculation. Please restrictions if any and
the area for squash review the same and suggest.
As this tender is recalled dates were not
changed in original tender document. However
last three Financial Years will be considered i.e.
FY 20t6-L7,20t7-L8 & 2018-19
Height must be provided as per requirement of
sports activity in design. However, Ground + 2
building should be designed as per tender
conditions

The Areas mentioned in Tender Document for Each
Outdoor, lndoor unit and also for Cultural, commercial
and service facilities may change as per designing and
layout prepared by Consultant. Kindly give approval if any
changes occur while designing.
The Site development such as compound wall, security
cabin, Parking, Entrance gate etc is to be taken within
BUA provided or it may extend.
Kindly let us know whether the remaining area is to be
used further or kept vacant.
ln Tender document, Required BUA is given as 7000 sqm
and one have to quote on same Area. Please let us know
the permissible o/o of area to be increased or decreased on
actual execution.
Unless we receive the approval of design from concern
authority or UMC, we will not be able to commence the
work. Kindly permit if awarded to us, the duration of
project should be considered from the date of approval
from your end.
ln Tender notice document, JV is allowed, but in
documents its not allowed. Please clarify whether JV is
allowed. lf it is allowed, ls Registered JV is required?
But as per recent modified GR Norms dated 25th October
2019, the eligibility criteria have updated as
1) 1 similar work should be 80% of estimated work.
2) 2 similar work should be 5Oo/o each of estimated work.
3) 3 similar work should be 4Oo/o each of estimated work.
While designing, minimum areas mentioned for
respective activities or use to be considered.
More area can be given
It has to be considered in BUA as per approved
DCR norms
lf area remains it has to be kept vacant and
handover to UMC with compound while
handing over the project.
No. This is indicative area. The bidder has to
give design with all requirements mentioned in
tender subject to maximum FSI as per approved

Being EPC tender, it is successful bidder's
responsibility to submit designs and get
approvals from concerned departments.

Notice. However Joint Venture is allowed
subject to registered JV agreement. Revised
schedule of tender is given as below.
Yes. As per CVC guidelines same conditions are
applicable for experience of completed jobs in
terms of project cost and area will not be
considered while evaluating bids.
