Chapter 1 Overview
The full digital color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is a professional ultrasonic
diagnostic system.
This manual provides operator information for ultrasound systems, readers of ultrasound
imaging technology, but does not provide training in ultrasound or clinical practice. Operators must be
trained in ultrasound before using the apparatus.
Compliance with GB9706.1-2007 Safety General Requirements, GB9706.15 Safety
Requirements Common Standards: Medical Electrical System Safety Requirements and
GB9706.9-2008 Medical Ultrasound diagnostic and Monitoring Equipment for Special Safety
Requirements.
This ultrasonic apparatus is used in patients with electric shock protection for Class I,
medical product of BF type medical diagnostic applications.

1.1 Features
This color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus adopts the use of foreign advanced
technology, is based on computer and ultrasound front end of a variety of advanced image processing
technology at both domestic and international combined ultrasound imaging system.
This color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is not only for a variety of conventional B/W
images of ultrasonic diagnosis, but also on the cardiovascular disease and other diseases for early high
image quality diagnosis based on color Doppler field.
In function, it has not only the general ultrasonic image scanning, measurement, calculation,
display, query, body mark, comment, print, medical records etc., but also can edit the corresponding
inspection report and system settings.Support the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in
Medicine) protocol, which is internationally accepted medical imaging standards, accessible and easy
access to data and information exchange, and can be used as terminal access PACS (Picture Archiving
and Communication System) network, PACS is a medical image archiving and communication system,
which greatly facilitates the hospital's modern network management system, and also provides
convenient for the expert to realize the remote diagnosis of the network.
The apparatus is multi-functional, easy to operate, support B, B / B, 4B, B / M, M, B / PWD,

In the image display, we use medical large-screen LCD color display for image display,
flicker-free, high image sensitivity, high resolution, rich gray scale, clear level, and environmental
protection without radiation. At the same time, the display can also be: up, down, left, right, front and
rear and rotation adjustment, greatly facilitate the user.
1.3 Contraindications
This apparatus does not apply to the gas organs, such as: gastrointestinal, lung and other organs
of the examination. Burning, scalding or human body surface damage, this apparatus can not be used;

interference controlled by radiation interference. The customers or users can help prevent
electromagnetic interference by keeping the minimum distance suggested below between the portable
mobile radio communication device and the Full-digital color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,

For the max rated output power at the transmitter listed above, the recommended interval distance d in
meters (m) can be estimated by the applicable equation for the transmitter frequency, where P is the
transmitter's max rated output power declared by the transmitter manufacturer , Unit watts(W).
Note: In the 80MHz-800MHz band, apply a higher frequency range of the distance.
Note: These guidance are not common in all cases. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by the
absorption and reflection of structures, objects, and the human body.

Use the cursor to click on the drop-down menu to set the system language, date, and time. Enter
the name of the hospital and the name of the doctor in the blank of the hospital and the doctor's name .
Select the number of images to be inserted into the report, select between 1 and 4, and select the
print size according to the actual needs of the print.
Choose a different obstetric table as needed or edit the obstetric table according to your
physician's actual experience.
Also for the cine loop frame number, cine loop speed with the drop-down menu to set the default
cine loop frame number of 200 frames, up to 1200 frames, cine loop speed 5 files optional.
Set the apparatus to automatically freeze the time, without any operation in a certain period of
time, the apparatus will automatically freeze.
Upon completion of the language conversion, the software will end into the desktop, then
double-click the desktop's ultrasound icon “SCUS” to open. After all settings completed, click OK to
save all settings.
Image Note
Press the "Func" button in the real-time state, press the "Enter" key to finish the comment; press
the "Func" button to finish the comment. After the click on the "set" key appears green frame, the

4B mode
In the real time state, press "Func" key and make it light, press “Q” key, to enter into 4B mode,
press “Q” continuously, four images will show in turn. Press “Func” key again to make the light off,
press “B” knob to enter into B mode.
Puncture guide
In the real time state, press "Func" key, and then press the letter "X" to show the puncture guide
line. Press "Angle" key, when light on, rotate the "encoder Adjust" knob, you can adjust the puncture
line angle, move the trackball to adjust the puncture line position, press the "SET" key to determine
the puncture line position. Press "Func" key to make the light off and then press "Clear" or "Exit" to
cancel the puncture guide line.
Body mark
In the real time state, press “Func” key, to make it light, press letter “B”, you can select body
mark. Select corresponding icon and click (in the same icon click once only), click "close" to exit.
Press "Func" key to make the light off, and other do other operations.
Set Applications
Save the current parameter combination, press "Func" in real time state, press "S", select the
corresponding application, click "Save Settings" or 5 seconds to exit automatically. When complete,
press the "Func" key to make the light off.

Doctors can move the trackball to the check type under the display probe. Press the "Set" key to
select the check status. You can also use the "Probe" key during the use of the probe selection
interface.
Patient information
It is also possible to check the work without entering patient information. In order to avoid data
confusion, it is advisable to enter the patient information before the check. Establish the patient's
information base in the system to better manage the patient data.
Press the "patient" key on the operation panel to bring up the new case interface; register as
needed.

Application settings, in real-time state, press "Func" key, make the light on and then press the "S"
key, screen shows as follow:
Users can personalize set according to different needs, each probe can be set to 14 different
parameters, easy to use in different circumstances. After ajustment of parameters, save the settings by
pressing "Func" key, press "S" key, click "Save Settings" button, and then click the current red button

to save the settings. Click on the blue button to select a different setting if you need to switch directly.
Note, press "Func" in the frozen state, make the light on and then press the "C" key, the screen
shows as follows:
You can enter letters, numbers or Chinese, move the trackball and make the cursor to the
character input box, press "Set" key after the characters are displayed on the screen, press "Clear" to
delete the characters.
Memory function, press the "Save" button in real time, the current image is saved and displayed
at the bottom of the screen, the screen displays as follows:

To recall the saved image, press the "Cine loop" key in the frozen state, all the saved images
appear at the bottom of the screen, move the cursor to the desired image and press "Set" key to display
on the screen the corresponding image, to delete as long as the cursor to the top right of the icon "×"
by "Set" can delete the image.
Local zoom, press the "ZOOM" button in real time, the screen is displayed as follows:
In the image appears in the partial magnification sampling box, in the upper left corner shows the

local magnification, the default magnification is 2, you can rotate the "encoder Adjust" to change the
magnification, clockwise increase, up to 10, Minimum of 1. Select the appropriate magnification,
press the encoder, the enlarged image displayed on screen, press the "Encoder Adjust" again to exit the
local zoom state.
Body mark, press the "Func" key in real time, when its light on, press letter "B" key, the screen
displays as follows:
Move the trackball and make the cursor to the desired body mark, press "Set" key to select, and
then click "Close" button. You can also flip through the flip button on the upper right of the body logo
group to select the next page of body markers.
Cine loop, the image will automatically freeze, scroll bar of the cine loop is in the lower left of
the screen, the screen displays as follows:

Press the "Cine loop" button to automatically playback images, touch the trackball can playback
manually, in the playback process, you can store the satisfied images by press "Save" key.
Report function, in the frozen state press "Report" button, select the corresponding report card,
the screen displays as follows:

There is a "Diagnosis Module" option in the bottom right of the report display interface, open it,
there are different diagnostic templates for different parts, as shown below:
Fill in the relevant content and press "Preview" to view the effect, the screen displays as follows,
press "Print" to print the report, or press "Close" to exit the report.
Move the trackball and make the cursor to "Print" and press the "Set" button to print directly.
Press “Back” to exit the report function.

Description

and B/W images superimposed. Change the position and size of the sampling box by trackball and
“SET” key. Do various measurement in freeze state. Press “Knob C” encoder again to exit B+C mode.

Description
Press “Knob C” encoder under B mode, the screen shows B+C image mode, that is, blood flow
and B/W images superimposed. Change the position and size of the sampling box by trackball and
“SET” key. Change the display mode into “POWER” mode by adjust the keyboard arrow keys at the
left side of the menu to enter Power Doppler Image mode. Press “Knob C” encoder again to exit PDI
mode.
Menu function
To modify the corresponding data on the left side of the screen through the keyboard arrow keys ,
rotate the "C" encoder can modify the blood flow gain, clockwise increase, counterclockwise decrease,
modify the image parameters in real time state.

Press “PW” encoder under B mode, the screen shows B+D mode. Change the position and size
of the sampling box by trackball and “SET” key. Press “PW” encoder again to exit B+D mode.

rotate the "PW" encoder can modify the pulse wave gain, clockwise increase, counterclockwise
decrease, modify the image parameters in real time state.

Adjustment
Baseline adjusts the point where the velocity trajectory is zero in the spectrum. The default
baseline is at the midpoint of the spectrum. To move the baseline, select “Baseline” and press“ ”
or “ ” key to adjust it. The baseline position varies with the baseline adjustment bar.
Note
The baseline shows a solid line passing through the spectrum. Baselines increase and decrease in
equal increments, depending on the current Doppler scale factor. If the maximum baseline offset
(either direction) is reached, the control will not work.
Value
50% is the center of the screen, + 95% is the top edge of the screen, and 5% is the bottom edge
of the screen. Baseline values vary depending on the probe and application. If you change the

Advantages

mode of operation.
It is recommended to adjust the depth to 170mm or less, the sampling frame angle transferred to
moderate, to achieve the best 2D image results.
Use the trackball with " " key to adjust the size of the sampling frame, move the trackball
to adjust the position.

After selecting the area of interest, press the " " freeze button on the keyboard to enter the
3D / 4D image display interface.
Note: Select the area (regional size should be moderate, too large or too small will prompt to re-select).
If the region of interest is not selected, the region of interest is the default selection. Click the "Set"
key to adjust the size and position of the frame.
Press the " " key twice to enter the 2D mode of operation.

12.3.5Cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting the probe: After each diagnosis, it should be disinfected
after each use. 5% sodium hypochlorite can be diluted with water 100 times to produce effective
chlorine content of 500mg / L dilution, with the dilution of the probe or spray the probe surface for 10
minutes.
12.3.6The probe is an ordinary anti-soaking part, prohibit dipping any conductive liquid, so as not to
corrosion probe; probe immersed in water position shall not exceed 5mm of the sound window.
12.3.7 Once the probe and the host are connected, do not disassemble it, to avoid probe plug and
socket poor contact.
Note:
1. A long-term repeated gel contact with the probe may damage the probe.
2. Clean the probe after each use.
3. Do not use a surgical brush to clean the probe, even if you use a soft brush may damage
the probe, use soft cloth only.
4. Probe and the patient's contact time should not be too long, to avoid patient discomfort.
To extend the life of the probe and get the best performance, do the following:
1. Periodically check the probe cable, socket and sound window.
2. Swicth off the machine before connecting or removing the probe.
3. Do not drop the probe to the floor or hard objects, it is strictly forbidden to hit the probe sound
window, or the probe is easily to damage.
4. Do not heat the probe.
5. Do not bend or pull the probe cable, otherwise it may cause the internal cable fracture.
6. Use only the gel on the head of the probe and clean the probe after each use.
7. After cleaning the probe, you must carefully check the probe's sound window, shell and cable, do
not use the probe if you find any cracks or damage on the probe.

connect the battery to the charger (AC adapter) when not charging. The battery is connected to the
charger (AC adapter) for no more than 10 hours, otherwise it may shorten battery life. If the battery is
not used for a long time, the battery will discharge itself over time.
5. To prevent battery failure, the battery should be charged one time for each 3 months.
6. Extreme temperature (subcooling or overheating) The environment will affect the battery charging
effect. Do not charge the battery in fire or extremely hot conditions! Do not use or store batteries near
heat sources (such as fire or heaters)! If the battery leaks or smells, it should be removed immediately
from the open flame.
7. Do not continue using damaged batteries and chargers (AC adapter).
8. Do not try to disassemble the battery.
9. Do not short the battery.
10. Do not throw the battery in the fire or heat the battery, otherwise it will cause an explosion.
11. Do not put the battery into the water or wet it.
12. Do not connect the battery directly to a wall outlet or on-board cigarette lighter outlet.
13. Do not use the wire or other metal objects to shorten the battery positive and negative, prohibit the
battery with the necklace, hairpin or other metal objects with the transport or storage.
14. Do not use a nail or other sharp objects to pierce the battery shell, prohibit hammering or pedaling
the battery.
15. Do not hit, throw or use the battery to be mechanically shocked.
16. It is forbidden to disassemble the battery in any way.
17. Prohibited with a battery (such as dry batteries) or different capacity, model, variety of batteries
used in combination.
18. Stop using it if the battery is exposed to odor, heat, deformation, discoloration, or any other
abnormality. If it is being used or charged, please remove it from the appliance or charger
immediately.
19. Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations on proper disposal of waste.

13.2 Storage
Packaging should be stored in the room, the ambient temperature -22 ℃ ~ +55 ℃, relative humidity
less than 80%, indoor should avoid strong sunshine, no cause corrosion of the instrument gas, indoor
ventilation should be good. If the storage period is more than 6 months, you should take out of the
apparatus from the package, in the normal working environment conditions, power on 4h and then
re-inspection and pack the apparatus into package, store it in the required room.

In the process of using the apparatus, if you encounter difficulties, and have no way to solve,
please consult the company's professional technical personnel or the company after-sales service
department. The following is a list of common troubleshooting methods, for reference only.
Fault Detection
a) Check whether the external power supply is normal, the host power cord is connected, and has
been plugged into the power outlet; host adapter indicator light is on, the adapter output plug is
normal, the adapter plug and the host is connected.
b) Check the probe and the host connection is correct;
c) Check the connection of the monitor is correct and secure.
Troubleshooting
a) Turn on the apparatus power switch, the panel light is off:
Check the power supply is normal; check the power cord and plug connection is reliable; power
switch is bad.
b) No signal display:
Check whether the monitor power switch is on, adjust the apparatus brightness and contrast knob;
check the monitor signal input line and the host connection is reliable.
c) The image on the display is not clear:
Adjust the gain, near field, far field button; adjust the brightness, contrast keys;
d) The monitor appears intermittent stripes interference, snow-like interference:
Check whether the power supply is normal, whether the interference by other equipment; equipment
around the space whether there is electricity, magnetic interference; instrument power and probe plug,
socket contact is good, ground column is full and earth connection.
