“Reducing The Excessive Use Of Mobile Phones” 

Thesis
Today, the use of mobile phones are commonly used by society in the world. But their use
is overused, causing some of the negative impacts that will happen in the future. Why do
we say so?

Argument 1
Firstly in terms of social, with excessively use can cause a lack of interaction with other
people, because if using the phone excessively, the interaction does not directly and nice
and it adversely affects the skill to speak in public. And creates social disparities as a
misunderstanding that triggered the conflict, and also invites criminal behavior that could
harm other people.

Argument 2
Secondly in terms of health, with excessively use of mobile phones can cause various
diseases that will harm our health. This occurs because the microwave radiation and radio
frequencies used for the excessive use of mobile phones. Also have an impact on the level
of tiredness and stress. Diseases caused by excessive mobile phone use is that insomnia or
trouble sleeping at night, can accelerate senility, lower sperm count by 30%, increases
the risk of brain cancer.

Argument 3
The last in terms of education, the use of mobile phones excessively can impair
development of children in the age of learning, learning concentration decreases, affect
the attitudes and behavior of people, make a character is hedonism (selfish) in children,
impair mental with pornography, so that all related learning will decrease, disturbed and
even ignored.

Recommendation
From the above facts, it's obvious negative effects if overused phones in terms of social,
health and education. Although it gives a lot of good impact and facilitate the work and
 communication, but we still need to reducing the excessively use of mobile phones and
use it only when needed, to avoid potential impacts that had been described.
