PROLOGUE: EXT, BAYBAY AREA, MORNING

A guy rose from the ocean. The perplexity was visible on his face. Thoughts flooded his
mind. Sounds of indistinct voices from the people in the area, rustling of the wind and the
far-tinged motion of the waves are audible.

The guy, Poy, an 18-year old, fit teenager, heaved a sigh of frustration and confusion before
he decided to wander.

CUT TO BLACK

1A. EXT, BENCH, MORNING

He wandered for hours until he reached a certain destination−the bench. He sat beside a
stranger and stared blankly at the surroundings. Poy smiled as he reminisced the days when
he was alive. He remembered at this very same place where it all started−when that
thought of him killing himself started to get the best of him.

Poy started to talk as if the stranger could hear him.

POY
Kabudlay magkabuhi ‘no?

The girl, Tin, a 17-year old, tall teenager, was startled when the person, who sat beside her,
started to talk. Nonetheless, she remained silent. She thought it was best when she just
listens and let the person beside her, talk.

POY

Tin still remained silent.

POY
You know what, gusto ko pa tani maging lawyer. Damo ko gusto nga mabuligan…(chuckles)

A moment of silence

POY
Sin-o natunto ko man? Kaugalingon gani nakon, wala ko nabuligan.

The stranger looked at the face of Poy.

TIN
(confused and curious)
Ngaman wala ka gahibi?

Poy was confused as to how the stranger could hear him but he just smiled and continued to
talk

POY
Batian mo gali ko? (chuckles)

TIN
Wala man malain kung mag lawyer ka ah. Ano gapugong simo haw?

POY
Ang kadalumon sang dagat

TIN
Ha? Ano buot mo silingon?

POY
Wala ah.

Awkward silence…

TIN
Wala man ko kabalo sakon gusto.

POY

TIN
Si papa gani, ginbay-an man kami.

Awkward silence…

POY
Pano mo gali ko naistorya? May third-eye ka?

STRANGER
Ngaman hay, patay ka na?

POY

Tin immediately packed her things up. Frustration was plastered in her face as she realized
Poy was actually dead. She dislikes having any encounter with dead people so she rushed to
escape the situation she is currently in, leaving the poor ghost behind.

POY
(chuckles) Nan, dira kamo mayad. Sa pagbiya.

2A. EXT, OUTSIDE OF SUBDIV, MORNING

Still frustrated, the stranger ranted about having to encounter another ghost on the phone
call.

TIN
Natak-an na guid ko ya! Wala ko ni gin gusto! Daw pirme pirme ko nalang sila nakikita.

As she was walking inside the subdivision, she saw countless of ghosts around her. She went
hysterical and sat on the ground with her hands covering her whole face.
POY
Miss?

Tin was startled when someone called her. Out of curiosity, Tin looked at the person, which
is in front of her, and seen the beaten face of Poy looking at her with concerned eyes

POY
Okay ka lang?

Poy touched her shoulders. From the moment he touched her shoulder, she saw a glimpse
of Poy’s future. Poy was drowning in her vision. But she thought that what she had seen was
Poy’s past because she did not know that the Poy standing in front of her is the hot-blooded
Poy. She pushed Poy away as her brain wires were still untangled.

TIN
Ayaw ko pagkapti!

Tin, who was still shocked, said those words. Tiredness and desperateness was present in
her voice. She took the hands of Poy off from her shoulders and ran.

The hot-blooded Poy was confused with Tin but her actions contributed to the heaviness of
what he was carrying in his chest.

1B. EXT, BENCH, MORNING

Poy sat on the bench where the stranger was sitting earlier. He did not have any idea that
his ghost was sitting beside him. The ghost − his ghost was staring at him, full of sorrow and
regret..

POY (ghost)
Ngaman nagbalik ka pa?

Poy was oblivious of the ghost sitting beside him.

The dead Poy was having flashbacks of when he decided to commit suicide; when he
drowned himself to death. The guilt and regret is eating him up.
POY (ghost)
TAMA NA!

3A. EXT, BAYBAY, AFTERNOON (the flashback of dead Poy)

Poy was on the sea shore. He walked into the sea and drowned himself

1C. EXT. BENCH, MORNING

Tin from earlier came back as she realized what could happen. When she saw Poy the
second time around, she thought he was the ghost from the bench. But there was
something pushing her to follow Poy so she did, considering the fact that her instincts never
failed her once. Her instinct was correct after seeing two persons sitting at the bench - two
Poy, to be exact. When she arrived, she saw the other Poy losing his sanity, which she
guessed that it was the ghost. She could not bear to watch the scenario so she walked
closer to Poy and said the words that altered his future.

Stranger
Isa ka lang?

She said with a smile full of hope.

Poy looked at her and tears fell from his eyes. He smiled.

The ghost of Poy started to disappear as his future had changed.
