How to login to EFT

1. Once received email from EFT, please click HERE to login

2. Insert Username & Password as per stated in the email above and click Log in button

3. For the first time login, user is required to change the default password and it must meet the
following password complexity:

- minimum 8 characters
- must include Uppercase
- must include Lowercase
- numeric (0-9),
- non alpha-numeric or special characters (e.g., !,@,#,$,%)
4. Importance: Please manually key in / insert the password on the "Current Password"
section. Copy & paste will result in an error "The supplied password is incorrect".

Click button “Reset”

5. Below screen will pop-up if the supplied password doesn’t meet the complexity policy. Refer
step no. 3

6. Ready to go
How to upload files into EFT portal

Method 1:

1. Open your local directory or folder, select the files and just Drag & Drop into the EFT portal

Method 2:

2. Click “Upload” button and select files to upload. Click “Open” button
How to self-reset forgotten Username or Password

1. Forgot your username? Click “Forgot Username”

2. Insert your registered email address as per stated in the email sent by EFT. Click button
“Submit”
1. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password”

2. Insert your registered email address inside the both column section. Click button “Submit”
