All about Masia 360

Masia 360 is a programme that is part of the Masia model and aims to take advantage of the
knowledge accumulated at the Club for decades to benefit all athletes, coaches, coaching staff,
families and the athletes that are part of the professional teams of FC Barcelona.

WHAT IS IT?
Masia 360 is a programme that is part of the Masia model and aims to take advantage
of the knowledge accumulated in the Club for decades to benefit all athletes, coaches,
coaching staff, families and the athletes that are part of the club's professional teams
(men's and women's football, basketball, handball, roller hockey and futsal), whether
they are in the training phase, a step away from being professional athletes, or if they
are already retired .

Masia 360 supervises and accompanies the 617 athletes of the five professional sections
from the moment they enter the Club until their retirement. This allows a comprehensive
vision of the athlete from the perspective of each professional around him. Through this,
you can see the athlete’s relationship with the Club in a sporting, personal, emotional,
educational, nutritional and family sense... Barça trains people through sports. With the
help of more than one hundred coaches who also receive training, knowledge on the
athlete is global, through networking, and in an interdisciplinary way.
