Below is your step-by-step guide on how to enter the magical


realm of pleasure and bliss available to you and cultivate it
in your body… so that you can become the multiorgasmic
Goddess you deserve to be.

But first, what does it even mean to be multi-orgasmic?!

It’s actually a much more drawn out cycle where you build

SUMMARY OF YOUR
30-DAY PROCESS
For the next 30 days, you’ll either self-pleasure or have sex
with your partner, or alternate between the two - depending
on whether you have a partner or not and if they are open to
doing this process with you.

It’s important to do this daily for the next 30 days in order


to fully develop your multiorgasmic capacity and train your

You also want to spend about 5 minutes journaling about


what you did each day and simply writing down what you

Before we dive into the exact steps of your 30-day journey,
we want to identify your multiorgasmic villain.

Your multiorgasmic villain is the blockage you want to remove


to really clear the way to becoming multiorgasmic and
allowing exquisite amounts of pleasure to flow through your
body with ease.

The villain wants to hold you back from that, so once you
identify them, you’re able to take your power back.

Below are 6 super common villains, so read the description
and see which ones resonate for you:

The Rusher: Being too goal-oriented and pushing too hard


to climax

The Hater: Judging and hating yourself and your body or


sexuality

The Hardass: Being really contracted or tense as you orgasm

The Pornstar: If you watch too much porn, it changes the


way you experience sexuality and moves it away from

If any of those villains feel like they’re keeping you from

them during this 30-day process.

For example, if your villain is watching porn or overusing a


vibrator, then make a commitment to NOT using them for the
30 days….

If your villain is going fast or being contracted, then make


a commitment to slow down and breathe really deeply into
your body and relax.

If your villain is the Hater or Fantasizer, then make a


commitment to get out of your head and into your body -
really focus on the present moment and the sensations that
you’re feeling.

What you want to do is counteract the villain, the thing


that’s keeping you from being multiorgasmic… So that you
can remove that blockage and clear the way to become
multiorgasmic.

YOUR INTENTION
Your intention is infinitely powerful, so you want to start off
by setting a clear intention to become multiorgasmic in 30
days.

I invite you to take out your journal and answer the


following questions for yourself:

Why do I want to become multiorgasmic in 30 days?

Why is this a priority in my life right now?

And then you can finish off with an intention statement that
reflects your answers. This could be something like:

“It is my intention to become multiorgasmic in 30 days so


that I can experience more pleasure, become more present in
my body and celebrate my aliveness and sexual energy.”

There is no right or wrong here, simply tune into what feels


right to you and create an intention statement that excites
you and inspires you to follow through with the 30-day
process.

And then, as you go through the process you want to keep


holding the clear intention to be multiorgasmic.

YOUR MAIN PRACTICE
The main practice you’re going to engage in will help you to
retrain your nervous system to experience multiple orgasms
every time and open you up to more pleasure and deeper
sensations.

Just like a muscle, you need to train your body and


nervous system to become multiorgasmic and by following
this process, you’ll be able to expand your orgasmic capacity
with ease.

So the process is all about staying very, very present with


your sensations as you turn yourself on (or do this with your
partner) and spend the first 5-10 minutes not going
into climax.

You want to spend longer than you normally would NOT


going into climax and just staying in pleasure, being fully
present, and tuning in to the sensations you feel.

As soon as you feel that you’re starting to move toward


climax, you’re going to stop stimulating yourself (or ask your
partner to stop), take a few deep breaths and then continue
with the stimulation.

You want to build that pleasure about 5 times, where you get
close to the edge of climax, or where you experience peak

pleasure, then pull yourself back, take some deep breaths
and repeat.

This way you get to ride the edge of climax and build more
pleasure over and over again in your body.

After these first 5 cycles of pleasure where you get to the


edge and relax back out of it, the next time you go to build
