PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE

As an early childhood educator, my purpose is to create a safe, fun, and loving learning
environment for children to achieve developmental milestones appropriately during their
educational journey. I will strive to deliver differentiation for each child to ensure they receive
what they need to succeed. My strengths as a strong, and kind educator will provide a
comfortable space for academic and developmental growth. My goal to implement a daily
social and emotional learning curriculum will offer the tools needed to flourish into thoughtful,
confident individuals, and teammates.

Aug. 2016 - Aug. 2018 Intergenerational Program


 Merritt and a Sunrise Senior Living facility shared a campus. Each
week my class of 3 and 4 year olds went for a visit. We integrated
lessons appropriate for both generations.

Feb. 2020 – March 2020 Innovation for Education Endeavors Course


 As a student in this class offered through Arizona State University,
we took a look at our community, and created a prototype program
from start to finish based on the needs of our neighborhood.
