Conclusion

The study focused on the efficiency of the accessibility and travel time of Dr. Arcadio

Santos Avenue. The results demonstrated a positive evaluation by the students on the efficiency

of the accessibility on Dr. A. Santos Avenue. The data showed that the transport system along

the said avenue is efficient, thus making Dr. A. Santos Avenue accessible. However, the

assessment on a statement regarding its accessibility during rush hours fell short due to its

negative evaluation done by the respondents.

The results also showed a positive assessment on the travel time efficiency of Dr. A.

Santos Avenue although some statements are indicative of the avenue being time consuming.

Moreover, the results showed that the transport system along the avenue helps minimalize the

travel time. However, a statement regarding the travel time during rush hours showed negative

evaluation, thus the avenue consumes large amount of travel time during rush hours.

As the research had demonstrated, the urban planning of Dr. A. Santos Avenue in terms

of its accessibility and travel time is efficient, but it can improve more by cutting down travel

time during rush hours.
