INSTALLATION OF MACHINE
After the Skiving Machine being installed & located in the premises, please
note the voltage of motor in the machine is same as the power supply or not.
If they are same, the wire may be connected. As wiring, please pay attention
to the gyratory direction of machine is correct or not.

1. 機械按裝
削皮機在廠房安置定位後，請注意機器的馬達電壓是否和電源相同，如電源相同，
即可接線，接線時要注意機械之迴轉方向是否正確。

2. ADJUSTMENT OF CLEARANCE
(1) Concerning the clearance between Egg Grinding Wheel (Feeding Gringing
Wheel) and Skiving Knife, it shall be adjusted according to the thickness of
skived object.
If the thickness of skived object: cowhide, plastic leather or artificial leather
is 1 M/M, the clearance between Egg Grinding Wheel and Skiving Knife
shall be 1/3 of 1 M/M, that is on or about 0.3 M/M.
(1 M/M 3 = The clearance between Feeding Grinding Wheel and Knife Edge)
(Please refer to the following Diagram.)

2. 間隙之調整
(1) 蛋型砂輪(送料砂輪)和削皮刀之間隙要視被削物之厚薄調整，如被削牛皮或塑
膠皮、人造皮之厚度為 1 M/M，蛋型砂輪和削皮刀之間隙為 1 M/M 之 1/3 ，
也就是約 0.3M/M。
(1 M/M ÷ 3 = 送料砂輪和刀口之間隙)
(請參考下圖)

(2) Clearance between the iron plate and the Knife Edge: Concerning adjustment
of clearance between the iron plate and the knife edge, it is very important to
the applied condition. If skive leather of 1 M/M, the clearance between the
iron plate and the knife edge will be 0.3 M/M.
(Skived Leather 1 M/M ÷ 0.3 = Clearance between the Iron Plate and the
Knife Edge)
In case the skived object can't be skived smoothly, the knife edge is located
in the front too much, otherwise the skived object also can't be skived or
can't be thinned.
As to the adjusting of clearance, please do it according to the direction of
Handle Wheel (B).

(2) 押腳和刀口之間隙:
押腳和刀口之間隙調整，對使用之良否很重要，如削 1 M/M 如皮料，押腳和
刀口之間隙也是約 0.3M/M。
(被削皮料1 M/M ÷ 3 = 押腳和刀口之間隙)
如刀口太前被削物削不動，如太後被削物削不薄或削不到。
調整間隙請照Ｂ把輪指示調整
(請參考下圖)

3. SHARPENING METHOD FOR SKIVING KNIFE:
(1) The skiving knife will not be sharp after being used. In case the skived leather
can't be thinned or it is pulled toward the rotary direction of knife edge, the
knife is not sharp, and it needs to sharpen accordingly. As sharpening,
please turn the Handle Wheel (C) to the position of "ON" according to the
direction of arrow, the grinding wheel for sharpening knife will revolve in high
speed, then, the knife may be sharpened.
(Please refer to the following Diagram.)

3. 削皮刀之磨法：
(1) 削皮刀使用後會不鋒利，如被削皮料削不薄、或往刀口旋轉方向拉，就是不鋒利
現象，這是就要磨刀，磨刀時請將G把輪照箭頭指示方向轉至開之處，磨刀砂輪
即高速旋轉即可磨刀。 (請參考下圖)

(2) After the grinding wheel for sharpening knife is revolved in high speed,
please turn the Handle Wheel (A) to the position of "SHARPEN" according
to direction of arrow.
As sharpening the knife, lightly sharpen it so as to prevent edge from notch.
After the knife edge is sharpened well, turn the Handle Wheel (A) to the
position of "CLOSE", then turn the Handle Wheel (C) to the position of "OFF"
to stop revolution of grinding wheel. (Please refer to the following Diagram.)

(2) 磨刀砂輪高速旋轉後，請轉A把輪照指示箭頭轉磨之方向，磨刀時勿磨太重，
以免刀口會有缺口現象，刀口磨利後A把輪轉切之方向，再轉G把輪至關方向，
使砂輪停止旋轉。 (請參考下圖)
