How do we know what communities need?

There are many ways to find out what communities need and there are others that are

difficult to know what the communities need. According to the video” I don’t want to be a

Salvadorena Cachinbona”, it’s easy to define what is it that the people need the most, there was

an image that shows how a young lady wakes up every day at 5 am to start selling her candies to

the people om the streets. By providing more opportunities such as jobs, better education to

society, it will be easier to have the community good conditions. However, many people that

have power had announced el Salvador to be a country with a lot of tradition but no security.

There are thousands of employed workers that are there in El Salvador who have no access to the

most basic of rights, and who work more than 12 hours just to maintain their family fro food.

Civils have to pay rent to gangs and the government has not put more security on the most

dangerous areas. We know what the communities need when we find out that there are not

enough jobs for society, there’s no enough education for everyone, and when people are scared

of being killed fro, gangs. The community needs protection, provide secure jobs, better education

for the poor families that can’t afford school for their children. El Salvador is a very poor country

that has a lot of incredible people with talent, and the people who have the most misserable jobs

are happy and are always smiling. In addition, it would be great for this country to get a better
economy, so people can stay in a safe community and it would be easier to realize that the

community needs help when people do not have a job.
