In re: REQUEST FOR DISCOUNT OF OVERDUE BALANCE

Dear Sir,

This letter pertains to my total outstanding balance in the amount of eighteen

thousand five hundred eighty-four pesos (Php 18,584.00).
Due to the unavoidable delays, I have incurred a penalty interest in the
amount of five thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00).
These past few years and months have been a struggle for me. Before my
father finally succumbed to a very fatal illness, my family accumulated
numerous debts to cover his medical bills and hospitalization expenses. It
was a difficult time for me with all the financial obligations I have to shoulder.
I am therefore pleading for your sympathy and humanity to please waive the
interest of Php 5,000.00 to ease the burden of payment.
I am willing to pay the total amount of thirteen thousand five hundred eighty-
four (Php 13,584.00) pesos, which amount I will try to raise so that I can pay
for it. Waiving the amount of Php 5,000.00 will be of great assistance and
help to me and to my family.
I am sincerely hoping for your kind consideration and I am praying for a
positive response to my request.
