IDENTIFIABLE VERNACULAR
The form of the building is a response to the New Orleans area climate

(MASTER BEDROOM SUITE OPTION AVAILABLE) The building seeks to be a model for sustainable living by incorporating
handicap lift overhang line setbacks
solar panels, plumbing and air conditioning systems that reduce water
and power usage, a cistern that collects rainwater from the roof for
non-drinking water use, and permeable paving to reduce storm water
run-off. Additionally, building products were chosen that are locally
available, non-toxic, contain recycled content, and are produced by
environmentally responsible manufacturing processes.
