Reference to the aforementioned subject and attached drawings as highlighted showing the Preserved Tropical Date Palms are
inside the planter boxes with Irrigation System; please note that the Preserved Palms have steel base connected inside the planter
box that will immersed in water. So, we propose to install over concrete foundation with the same level of soil and the base plate will
be covered by mulch.
