MEMORANDUM
TO : ALL BFAR XI EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT : SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES ON SKELETON WORKFORCE

In addition to the Memorandum dated 18 March 2020 re Guidelines on Service Continuity

and Precautionary Measures in the BFAR XI Regional Office and its Other Offices within the
Region and in view of the upcoming Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), which will be
implemented in the City of Davao effective April 4, 2020, 9:00PM, the following
supplemental guidelines shall be adopted by the agency:

1. Pursuant to Item 2.0(b) of the aforementioned Memorandum dated 18 March 2020,

there shall be 25% or lesser number of personnel of a functional unit shall report
physically to their respective offices or stations starting April 6, 2020 until the state
of public health emergency is lifted.

2. Pursuant to item 2.0(d) of the same Memorandum, chauffeurs shall ferry BFAR XI
employees to their respective residences and not just to the designated pick up and
drop off points.

3. Skeleton workforce shall facilitate the delivery of critical services such as, but not
limited to, food pass, LTP, price monitoring, and administrative and general services.

Furthermore, this Memorandum hereby repeals item 3.0(a) of the Memorandum dated 18
March 2020 re Guidelines on Service Continuity and Precautionary Measures in the BFAR XI
Regional Office and its Other Offices within the Region.
