Dear Dr. Harrison,

It is with utmost interest that I am applying for Educational Leadership Positions in

Upshur County. I will complete my graduate degree in Educational Leadership from
West Virginia State University on April 30, 2020. Moreover, I have worked as an
elementary school teacher in Upshur County for 17 years and have been an educator
for 21 years. I am excited and well prepared to share my knowledge with your school
program and curriculum for maximizing learning experience for students.

With excellent experience in program initiative, staff development, promoting safe

environment and optimizing learning, I have remarkable record for exceeding all the
faculty goals through exemplary external and internal communication and a strong
commitment for maintaining a rigorous student learning environment. I have also served
on a statewide data analysis team, Classroom Assessment Network (CAN), that
analyzed data to drive instruction.

My resume illustrates specific examples of my leadership and administrative duties. My

evaluations note strengths as being a creative thinker, problem solver, long-range
planner, grant writer, and the ability to communicate with a diverse population. I believe
that my strengths and abilities are exactly what you are looking for to fill your position.
I enjoy the challenges of education, working with teachers, parents, and students, as
well as the opportunity to make education happen for each student. I feel that I can be
an effective leader for Upshur County Schools, a school system that has a strong
reputation for providing opportunities for high academic achievement and personal
growth for all of its student population.

If I can provide any further information, please feel free to call me or e-mail me.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
Gabrielle Rhodes
