position you have available in your organization. I work closely with Mrs. Smith starting in
September 2017 until currently 2020 within the Humboldt High School. I found Mrs. Smith to be
very professional, personable and knowledgeable in her trade.

Especially impressive to me was Mrs. Smith ability to rapidly “change hats” so to speak. More than
once she is asked to fulfill leadership opportunities weather it entails her special education
department and in addition to her extra work within the Humboldt School District. Each and every
time I saw a demand placed on Mrs. Smith I saw her rise to the occasion with a smile and an
eagerness to accomplish the task at hand and accomplish it fully and correctly.

Mrs. Smith is intelligent, a confident leader and organized, she grasps the importance of small and
large opportunities as well getting along with everyone in her pathways.
I can declare without any hesitation that Mrs. Smith is a highly qualified applicant for this leadership
