To whom it may concern:

I am writing to highly recommend Aissa England. I have had the privilege of knowing Aissa for the past year
and a half during her time as a student at our school. She has consistently impressed me with her dedication,
intelligence, and strong work ethic.

Aissa is one of the most respectful students I have ever had the pleasure of teaching. She is always considerate
of her peers, teachers, and school staff, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere wherever she goes. Her
honorable conduct sets her apart and truly reflects her character.

Aissa has been actively involved in extracurricular activities throughout her high school years. As a dedicated
member of the FFA from 10th to 12th grade, Aissa demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to
making a difference in her community. She also participated in the JV water polo team and JV swim team
during her freshman and sophomore years, showcasing her determination and teamwork abilities.

Aissa's short-term goal of attending Merced Community College to major in sociology aligns perfectly with her
long-term aspirations of pursuing a career in social work. Her ambition to transfer to the Social Work program
at Santa Barbara after completing her two years at the JC is a testament to her dedication to achieving her goals
and making a positive impact on society. Aissa's ultimate career goal of becoming a social worker in the
medical field to help children is deeply rooted in her personal experiences and her desire to be the supportive
adult figure she wished she had growing up.

Based on my observations and interactions with Aissa, I am confident that she has the qualities, skills, and
determination to succeed in her academic pursuits and future career endeavors. I wholeheartedly recommend
Aissa England, and I am certain that she will continue to excel and make valuable contributions to your
community.
